Q How easy is the tracker to use?
A The trackers are very easy to use. They are supplied for use, directly ‘out of the box’, just place the tracker on the asset you wish to track, program the tracker from this website using your account and then view the data.

Q How long does the battery last?
A The battery life depends on the usage, typically the battery will last between 24 - 72 hours depending on the amount of tracking you do.

Q What do the trackers come with?
A Each tracker is supplied in a small presentation box with a charger and spare battery.

Q Do i have to buy a hardware tracker to use the service?
A No. You can use the service with the Phone Software we provide but this WILL require access to the Tav Web Service. This can be purchased as a stand alone product from us.

Q Do you have a fleet package?
